Envínate (translates as "wine yourself") is the brainchild of 4 friends, a gang of 4 formed in 2005 studying enology at the University of Miguel Hernandez in Alicante. Evolving from a consultancy, Envínate explores distinctive parcels in Atlantic-inflected Ribeira Sacra and the Canary Islands.
Their collective aim is crafting profoundly pure and authentic wines expressing each parcel's terruño. Using no chemicals, they hand-pick, foot-tread, and ferment with wild yeasts and whole clusters, aging in old barrels and concrete with minimal sulfur. The results are some of Spain's most exciting, very honest wines today.

Join us on Thursday, September 17th for a special evening with Jeffrey Alpert Selections! Jeffrey will introduce us to three up and coming producers from his Burgundy portfolio and a dynamic grower from Champagne.
